Summary
| About 9ABY Grand Admiral Thrawn, breaking the Chimaera from the rest of the fleet, set course for Myrkr where he dispatched shuttles to begin harvesting ysalamiri. At the same time on the planet surface Talon Karrde was discussing with Mara Jade Skywalker her promotion to second in command in his organization, and Mara intended to agree - when Chimaera was detected over the planet by Karrde's men and he decided to hail them. His call promptly answered by Captian Pellaeon who sharply asked what it is all about. Karrde proposed them his help in gathering ysalamiri, mentioning that they won't able to do this ourselves because of creatures' unique biology. Admiral Pellaeon grudgingly agreed, especially when Karrde mentioned that no fee won't be required for his services. Mara Jade also wan't very optimistic about Karrde dealing with Imperials, saying that she didn't believe they came all the way to Myrkr only to collect some ysalamiri. Nevertheless, Karrde dispatched one of his associates to help the Imperials. | ||
